ಈ ಕತೆ ಬಿ ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೆಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಕುರಿತದ್ದು, ಅವರನ್ನು ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಶಿಲ್ಪಿ, ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಪಿತಾಮಹ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ ಅವರು ಬರೀ ದಾರ್ಶನಿಕ, ಅರ್ಥತಜ್ಞ, ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರೊಬ್ಬ ಸಂವೇದನಶೀಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಿರತ ಓದುಗರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕತೆ ಅವರ ಓದಿನ ಹಸಿವು, ಕಲಿಯುವ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ, ಅವರ ಬಾಳಪಯಣವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಉಜ್ವಲಗೊಳಿಸಿತು ಎಂಬುದರ ಕುರಿತದ್ದು.
